Velvet CARE has signed an agreement to purchase 100% of the shares in Italian Paper and Private Label Tissue, companies involved in the production and distribution of paper hygiene products.

This strategic decision is a milestone in the development of the Velvet CARE Group, strengthening its position in Central Europe. Thanks to this transaction, we are increasing our processing capacity and expanding our portfolio, responding to the growing needs of customers in a dynamically changing environment. Together with the new companies, we plan to reach a turnover threshold of PLN 2 billion in 2025!

As our CEO, Artur Pielak, said: “The second acquisition lays the foundations for the company's further development plans (...) I am deeply convinced that together with Italian Paper and Private Label Tissue, we will write a shared history of the paper industry.”
