Instructions for submitting a complaint Private Label Tissue sp.z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "PLT").
Complaints containing a set of documents should be sent only to the e-mail address: email@example.com (giving the number of the WZ / Invoice in the subject).
The set of documents is: completed "COMPLAINT FORM" available for download at:
https://pltissue.pl/do-pobrania/formularze/ damage report or annotation at the WZ - written with the carrier's driver photos of damaged goods.
The deadline for filing depends on the type of complaint and is:
7 days - quantity and price discrepancy
14 days - damage and defects of the goods
PLT considers complaints immediately, in the absence of a complete set of documents, the Complaints Department informs about the need to supplement the application within 14 days from the date of receipt, under pain of leaving the complaint without consideration and the possibility of its re-submission.
PLT reserves the right to request additional documents if they are necessary to complete the procedure.
